You will be able to check delivery costs before placing your order. Costs vary depending on the delivery address. Please see below our shipping costs:
- Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 6€ * Shipments with the transport company MRW
- Balearic Islands: 14€ plus applicable expenses to be paid by the customer. o Canary Islands: 20€ plus applicable expenses to be paid by the customer.
- Ceuta: 27 € plus applicable expenses to be paid by the customer.
- Melilla: 19 € plus applicable expenses to be paid by the customer.
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland: 23 € (plus customs or applicable expenses to be paid by the customer)
- Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden: 40 € (plus customs or applicable expenses to be paid by the customer)

When your order leaves our warehouse, MRW will send you information to track it.
Your parcel will be prepared Mondays to Fridays from 09:00h to 17:00h, once the payment has been confirmed. If you place your order outside of these hours or on a Sunday or a bank holiday, we will pick and pack it so it's ready to go the following working day.
Shipping to Spain: 1-3 working days
Other destinations: 3-7 working days
Please note if you are outside the EU, you may incur Customs charges. If your delivery gets delayed, please check the tracking number you will have received when placing your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To return or exchange an item from our online shop, you will need to fill in the Returns/Exchanges form you will have in your user account.
Exchanges or returns need to be requested within 30 days after the item is delivered to you. Please let us know the reason for the return as that will help us keep improving.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.

In their original state, together with any accessories the item came with. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Items must include all original tags.
Items must include all original packaging.
In case of partial returns, either the invoice or a copy of the invoice must be included in your package.
